Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

Traumhafte Auszeit mit Panoramablick! Diese Airbnb-Unterkunft war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig – die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist fantastisch ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es war super praktisch, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Öl, Essig etc. vorhanden waren. Das spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch den ersten Einkauf. Das einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das Bett. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unsere positive Erfahrung in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful home and a beautiful space. The only thing I would note for future travelers is the host speaks Italian and not much English. Communication prior to check-in was a little slow but ultimately very smooth. The host met us when we arrived and was very nice. Would 100% stay here again.

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, pristine accommodations. Pictures online do not do it justice. Nice walk into town to explore the towers and nearby restaurant. Good contrast to our time in Florence before and Amalfi coast after. Highly recommend. Hope to be back some day.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt zwischen den Feldern in absoluter Ruhe. Wir konnten in der Idylle sehr gut entspannen. Alles ist innen und außen sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist man dann auch sehr schnell im hübschen Hafenort und kann gut essen gehen und einkaufen. David war stets für Rückfragen ansprechbar. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

From check in to check out, everything was amazing! The home was so comfortable and the rooms were large and nicely furnished. The grounds were well maintained with planters lining the terrace. The terrace overlooks the vineyards. The views were spectacular! We were provided a selection of wines that we could enjoy and purchase at the end of our stay. In addition, we were able to take advantage of enjoying a meal prepared by Chef Francesco at the property. It was perfect! We highly recommend Giovanni’s listing!

Wat een prachtige plek, midden in de natuur, met een zalig zwembad om tot rust te komen. Emiliano is erg gastvrij en heeft een groot hart voor dieren, zelf heeft hij ook honden. Hij hield steeds rekening met onze hond en stemde goed met ons af. Onze hond mocht overal loslopen en werd met veel liefde ontvangen — voor honden echt een vijfsterrenverblijf! 🫶 Je hebt wel een auto nodig om dingen te ondernemen, maar de locatie is ideaal als uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Het eerste (honden)vriendelijke strand met parasols, bar en eetgelegenheid ligt op 30 minuten rijden. Andere stranden, mooie stadjes en zelfs een natuurlijke warmwaterbron bereik je binnen 40 tot 90 minuten. Een echte aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, natuur én een hondvriendelijke sfeer!

Dieser Ort ist perfekt zum Seele baumeln lassen, diese Aussicht einfach nur herrlich. Sehr hundefreundlich und mitten in der Natur. ☺️Whirlpool zum Sonnenuntergang einfach wunderschön. This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Soggiorno impeccabile. Valentina è una persona d’oro, pronta a consigliare e disponibile al massimo. La casa era come bella descrizione: graziosa, pulita (cosa più importante), ordinata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione inoltre è centralissima, in pieno centro storico e ciò permette di muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi in modo facile ed efficiente. Niente da dire, consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil der Toskana. Wir haben besonders die Kombination aus Natur und Kultur sehr genossen. Schöne Strände, gutes Essen, wirklich freundliche Menschen, selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Rom war gut machbar. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr schnell wohl gefühlt, auch weil Raffaele bei kleineren Problemen immer ein guter Ansprechpartner war.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir konnten Glühwürmchen, eine Wildkatze und viele andere Tiere beobachten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Einfach eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Aber das Beste ist die Gastfreundschaft von Francesco. Er war hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

The stay was much better than expected. The location is fabulous, Grosseto is such a peaceful town but with all the amenities one can wish for. If you want a taxi, you can get one at the train station. But if you want it from the airbnb, there is a local number and they respond immediately and send a taxi. This apartment was walking distance from the city center, grocery store was right next door, very spacious rooms and clean! Considering Europe has cramped apartments or hotel rooms, this was such a pleasant surprise. It was a wonderful stay. Federica was responsive and answered all the questions we had. This is a must-visit place!

Una piccola oasi di pace in mezzo alla campagna toscana. La casetta è un piccolo monolocale posto in un seminterrato dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite, disponibilissime e ospitali. C’è persino una maialina stupenda all’interno di un recinto che scodinzola alla vista delle persone. Super consigliato Sicuramente ci torneremo e torneremo anche nella zona di Castiglione della Pescaia perché abbiamo ancora tanto da visitare.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen! Der Ort und die Umgebung waren traumhaft schön – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders der Ausblick vom Balkon war atemberaubend und der Whirlpool ein absolutes Highlight! Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. 😊
