Very friendly, welcoming and responsive host and nice apartment in a central location.

Walter's place worked great for my month of italian study. Clean, with everything I needed. Very pleasant neighborhood one stop away from the touristy part of Rome. One thing to note, it doesn't have a couch or a living room so you hang out in the kitchen or the bedroom. Fine for me. Very happy with my stay.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed five nights in Gordon's apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a late dinner. We were very pleased with Gordon, he met us earlier than the agreed time, showed us everything in the apartment and gave us basic directions for sights and places to eat and gelato. We visited all the recommended places and were very satisfied.

Really helpful host! Everything was perfect and everything was impeccable. The apartment is well organized and the terrace is beautiful. The house was functional and comfortable for getting around 😄

Felt very safe, loved the neighborhood, and responsive host! 100% recommend staying here short or long-term. Loved that the apartment was in a building that consisted of families - felt like you were at home in a peaceful neighborhood in Rome! Also, the air conditioning was a LIFESAVER.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Cosy apartment with real fire

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Massimiliano and his father were the best hosts you can imagine. The reception was very warm, recommendations were always given and the place is exactly as described. You can feel comfortable here. Especially for traveling by private car, the apartment is highly recommended. The car is well on your own lockable grounds and you can reach the regional train in just under 10 minutes, which stops in 15 minutes at the nearest metro distributor or in 20 minutes at San Pietro. There are also good opportunities to shop in the immediate vicinity (including a wonderful small grocery store right by the train station). For a longer stay, the apartment is ideal! Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Marco's apartment is ideal when you arrive at Rome termini train station it is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is easily accessible: Colosseum, fountains , Vatican ... from the accommodation we were able to take the opportunity to discover the small streets on the route. Two bedrooms two bathrooms .. and a beautiful terrace for an aperitif or breakfast . Good bedding (appreciated after our excursions) Marco is very responsive he responds every minute to messages😬. I recommend

hi we stayed in carmens place for 3 nights with a toddler and 3 month baby. Carmen was very helpful right from booking and made sure everything was ready for us and the kids . she had a baby cot ready along with toys for my toddler. she infact allowed us to check in early by 11 am and kept the apartment ready for us. she even helped us move the luggage to the room and informed us everything about the room . The only downside of the apartment I can think of is small lift which will make u travel atleast twice to get ur luggage up. if your travelling light it should be ok . thanks Carmen for hosting us .

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. Very good taste in every detail. Very equipped, had everything in the kitchen and bathroom. It was easy to access the apartment with the instructions Robby sent us. The area is super quiet and 5 blocks from Termini, which is a good data to move easily in Rome. Super recommended host!

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment with a beautiful terrace. Nice neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. Andrea was very friendly and helpful with information and tips. We enjoy our stay very much.
