Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina Baixa

Best girls trip to Spain!!! This was our first visit to Spain, and we spent a week in this apartment with only a general idea of the area. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the location was—it truly felt magical to relax and unwind. The apartment is fully furnished with modern décor. It's about a 15–20 minute walk to the old town. Since we didn't have a car, we often went to SH Villa Gadea to request taxis. However, the locals in this charming coastal village were incredibly helpful—we never had trouble getting assistance with taxis from shops, restaurants, or even pharmacies. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic. She responded quickly to all our messages and even personally came by when we had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. She arranged for a maintenance team to fix it, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great little clean apartment with everything needed. Neighbours are friendly Host was very friendly and responsive Close enough to where the action is to walk but far enough and high enough away so you don’t hear it. Taxi and local buses 5 minutes walk away

Die Unterkunft hat einen traumhaften Ausblick über Benidorm und das Meer, insbesondere die Sonnenaufgänge waren besonders schön anzusehen. Das Bett war bequem. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Küche habe ich nicht wirklich verwendet, aber definitiv ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief stets reibungslos ab, es wurde immer schnell reagiert und geholfen. Die traumhafte Unterkunft übertraf meinen Erwartungen, sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful apartment set in a great part of Benidorm away from the strip but easy walk to everything. It’s on the 15th floor but lifts were great and the view is just amazing. Everything was as described and they got the apartment ready for us early on arrival day. 7 of us managed easily with 2 doubles 1 twin and pull out sofa although we didn’t spend much time there as weather was lovely. Highly recommend.

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

De los apartamentos que he estado, este para mí ha sido el mejor. cómodo, precioso, con unas vistas espectaculares, la terraza una pasada. presión de agua, aunque usábamos las dos duchas a la vez de cada baño no había problema de presión. En definitiva, lo recomiendo 💯 x 💯

Vi hadde en veldig fin uke hos Rafal. Leiligheten er fin, behagelig og ikke minst veldig praktisk. Vi koste oss ekstra med alle bademulighetene. Vi hadde leiebil og med den kom vi oss enkelt til alle plasser. Strendene i området er fantastiske. Vil anbefale en tur til Villajoyosa. Kan absolutt anbefale Rafal sin leilighet til andre.

La casa sobrepasó nuestras expectativas con creces. Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo bonita que es la casa, y eso que son buenas fotos. La casa de Nuria está maravillosamente decorada y cuando entramos sentimos que estábamos estrenando la casa, de lo limpia, bien organizada y cuidado que estaba todo. Además la cocina estaba totalmente equipada y habían ingredientes básicos como aceite, sal, café, té, etc. cosa que apreciamos ya que llegamos en un día festivo y casi todo estaba cerrado Nuria como anfitriona, de 10. Siempre atenta a las preguntas que le hacíamos antes de nuestro alojamiento y una vez allí, también atenta a cualquier duda o problema que surgiera. El check-in y check-out fueron muy fáciles y redondearon una experiencia maravillosa. En definitiva, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse in Finestrat, near Benidorm. The location was perfect for our holiday — with easy access to Benidorm, beautiful beaches, and nearby shops, everything we needed was just a short drive or walk away. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. Nic was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this place made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back in the future!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Très belle maison avec tout ce qui faut pour être bien et pouvoir se relaxer. Nous avons adoré et Cecilie nous a donnée toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous avons même eu la chance de pouvoir arriver plus tôt. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci pour tout.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

Merece la pena este alojamiento por las vistas impresionantes que tiene de la ciudad, a pocos minutos de la playa qué se llega dando un pequeño paseo, la zona de piscina y ajardinada muy grande y muy bonita toda, al apartamento no le falta nada tiene de todo... volvería a reservar si volvemos a Benidorm y esta disponible a sido un acierto...a mí familia y a mí nos ha encantado

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!
