Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina Baixa

Best girls trip to Spain!!! This was our first visit to Spain, and we spent a week in this apartment with only a general idea of the area. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the location was—it truly felt magical to relax and unwind. The apartment is fully furnished with modern décor. It's about a 15–20 minute walk to the old town. Since we didn't have a car, we often went to SH Villa Gadea to request taxis. However, the locals in this charming coastal village were incredibly helpful—we never had trouble getting assistance with taxis from shops, restaurants, or even pharmacies. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic. She responded quickly to all our messages and even personally came by when we had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. She arranged for a maintenance team to fix it, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend staying here!

It was really nice staying here: On the twenty-sixth floor with a beautiful view of the city's skyline. A clean apartment, essential in furniture, but functional. What made the experience beautiful is the view you enjoy. In the building,whichis also very clean, we also had a nice pool. Great additional note is the private parking inside the garage. If I had to go back to Benidorm, I would choose it!

Beautiful apartment set in a great part of Benidorm away from the strip but easy walk to everything. It’s on the 15th floor but lifts were great and the view is just amazing. Everything was as described and they got the apartment ready for us early on arrival day. 7 of us managed easily with 2 doubles 1 twin and pull out sofa although we didn’t spend much time there as weather was lovely. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Great place for a trip to Costa Blanca

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had an extra good time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

The keys had to be picked up at the agency, which was not very convenient , it would have been good if the box with the keys was on the territory of the house. Al the rest was amazing. Thank you!!!

The house exceeded our expectations by far. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and that's what good pictures. Nuria's house is wonderfully decorated and when we walked in we felt like we were premiering the house, of how clean, well organized and cared for that everything was. Also the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc. which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, 10. Always be attentive to the questions we asked you before our place, and once there, also be attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. Check in and out was very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

The villa offers stunning views and everything you need for a great stay. There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the house, including access to a private pool. Special thanks to Irena for her friendly and clear communication! I’ll definitely come back next time — highly recommended!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

This accommodation is worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, a few minutes from the beach that you can reach by taking a short walk, the pool area and garden is very large and very beautiful. The apartment has everything... I would book again if we return to Benidorm and it is available. It was a success... my family and I loved it

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!
