Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Marina Alta

Jorge ha sido muy amable con nosotros desde antes de nuestra llegada. Nos ha indicado cómo llegar y ha sido flexible con la entrada, a pesar de que llegamos más tarde de la hora de entrada. También lo ha sido con la hora de salida para que disfrutáramos más el último día. El apartamento está a 1 minuto de la playa, y en una zona muy bonita y tranquila. Tiene aire acondicionado todas las comodidades. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias Jorge por tu hospitalidad.

maravillosa experiencia No suelo dejar reseñas largas, pero lo vivido este fin de semana en casa de Mikele lo merece. Desde el primer momento, no solo nos abrió la puerta de su casa, sino que nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos en la nuestra. Su forma de recibirnos, su atención, su cercanía... no es algo que se encuentre fácilmente. Mikele no es un anfitrión, es el anfitrión. La casa, preciosa, cuidada con mimo, llena de detalles que hablan de alguien que pone el corazón en todo lo que hace. Cada rincón invita a descansar, a disfrutar, a desconectar. Pero más allá de lo bonito del lugar, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es él: su trato, su manera de estar su generosidad. Impeccable. Super professional management and check in (with a video to assist with parking). Apartment is brand new and very well appointed. One of the most perfect airbnbs we have ever experienced. Is it worth the price? We got it for less than 200 per night in which case I’d say yes, especially if you have kids because the facilities are exceptional. More than 200 per night and it becomes more difficult to say. Everything is getting expensive in Spain these days but there are good options for 150 per night for 3 bedrooms.

Alquilamos este apartamento por un mes y quedamos súper satisfechos. Desde el principio, Fernando fue muy amable y claro con las instrucciones. Nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de restaurantes deliciosos e incluso nos apoyo con la reserva. El apartamento es súper cómodo y limpio. Tiene de todo para pasarla muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, a solo minutos caminando de la zona de restaurantes y bares y muy cerca de la playa. Xavea es precioso!! Nos encantó todo y volveremos a rentar el apartamento de Fernando.

Precioso apartamento, bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario, unas vistas estupendas. La terraza muy grande y acogedora. Merece mucho la pena.

We had a lovely stay at Luciana's apartment, the apartment was very modern & clean, with everything we needed. The outside space was great , lovely pool. Luciana was a great host.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

House is spacious, modern and very well equipped. Fede and Michelle are very possitive and could fell good vibrations from them and same when you are in the house. Please note that a car is strongly recommended.

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

Très belle et grande maison, parfaitement équipée pour passer un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons tout trouvé sur place pour être à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Tuomas, Federico et Giulia ont été très réactifs et toujours disponibles pour nous aider tout au long du séjour. Une communication fluide et agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location !

My friends and I visited Alicante for the weekend and chose Misha's place. The place was great and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. If we come back to Alicante, we will stay again at Misha's place.

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Nous avons passés 15 jours formidables ! Sylvain à été très sensible à notre bien etre . Sans parler de Giles et Gisèle qui étaient la à nos côtés afin qui nous manquons de rien ! Les photos et les descriptions étaient fidèles au logement Lieu propice pour passer d agréable vacances le logement est très bien situé, paisible : 800 mètre de la mer, commerces à proximité, la très belle ville de Dénia n est qu à 15 min en voiture. Bref vous pouvez y aller !!! En tout cas nous y retournerons Herve et Delphine

Vinimos 7 personas y el apartamento ha sido ideal. Ubicación increíble frente a la playa, restaurantes por la zona y súper fresquito en el interior. La comunicación con el anfitrión y coanfitriones excelente. Lo recomendamos 100%

Apartamento perfecto para 4 personas. Bastante grande y con 2 terrazas. Ubicación perfecta. Todo limpísimo y con detalles que se agradecen como toallas de sobra, juego de sábanas de cambio, gel y champú a estrenar en cada uno de los dos baños.... Para hacerse una idea, es el primer y único apartamento, hotel o casa rural, en el que no me ha dado grima/asco, que me rozara la cortina de la ducha. Creo que es la mejor definición de la limpieza del apartamento. Yuri ha respondido enseguida a las pocas consultas que hemos tenido que hacerle. Aún a riesgo de que el año que viene, "nos lo quiten", al César lo que es del César. REPETIRÍAMOS sin duda la estancia en este apartamento. ¡Gracias por hacer las cosas tan bien, Yuri!

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

El apartamento está en un sitio inmejorable, tranquilo, la piscina genial, la urbanización está muy bien, con una terraza estupenda. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no le falta nada. Muchas gracias

Ne-a placut foarte mult apartamentul lui Nancy si ne-am simtit ca acasa. A fost foarte curat, utilat si amenajat foarte frumos. Privelistea este de asemenea deosebita, iar locatia excelenta, aproape de magazine, terase si de plaja. Per total a fost o experienta grozava si recomand oricui.

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
