Jorge was very kind to us before we arrived. He told us how to get there and was flexible with the check-in, even though we arrived later than check-in time. They were also very flexible with the departure time, so we could enjoy the last day more. The apartment is 1 minute from the beach, and in a very nice and quiet area. It has air conditioning and all the amenities. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jorge for your hospitality.

wonderful experience I don't usually leave long reviews, but what I experienced this weekend at Mikele's house deserves it. From the first moment, not only did he open the door of his house, but he made us feel as if we were in our own. The way they welcomed us, their attention, their closeness... it's not something you find easily. Mikele is not a host, he is the host. The house, beautiful, lovingly cared for, full of details that speak of someone who puts their heart into everything they do. Every corner invites you to rest, enjoy, and disconnect. But beyond the beauty of the place, what really makes the difference is him: his treatment, his way of being, his generosity. We leave with the feeling of having found a special place... and an even more special person. Thank you, Mikele. We'll be back, no doubt. Impeccable. Super professional management and check in (with a video to assist with parking). Apartment is brand new and very well appointed. One of the most perfect airbnbs we have ever experienced. Is it worth the price? We got it for less than 200 per night in which case I’d say yes, especially if you have kids because the facilities are exceptional. More than 200 per night and it becomes more difficult to say. Everything is getting expensive in Spain these days but there are good options for 150 per night for 3 bedrooms.

We rented this apartment for a month and were super satisfied. From the beginning, Fernando was very kind and clear with the instructions. He gave us excellent recommendations for delicious restaurants and even supported us with the reservation. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to have a great time. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the restaurant and bar area and very close to the beach. Xavea is beautiful!! We loved everything and we will rent Fernando's apartment again.

We had a lovely stay at Luciana's apartment, the apartment was very modern & clean, with everything we needed. The outside space was great , lovely pool. Luciana was a great host.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

House is spacious, modern and very well equipped. Fede and Michelle are very possitive and could fell good vibrations from them and same when you are in the house. Please note that a car is strongly recommended.

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

My friends and I visited Alicante for the weekend and chose Misha's place. The place was great and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. If we come back to Alicante, we will stay again at Misha's place.

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

We had a wonderful 15 days! Sylvain was very sensitive to our well-being . Not to mention Giles and Gisèle who were there with us so we lacked nothing! The photos and descriptions were accurate to the listing Great place to have a pleasant holiday the accommodation is very well located, peaceful: 800 meters from the sea, shops nearby, the very beautiful town of Dénia is only 15 min by car. Anyway, you can go ahead!!! Anyway, we'll go back. Herve and Delphine

We came 7 people and the apartment was ideal. Amazing location in front of the beach, restaurants in the area and super cool inside. Excellent communication with the host and co-hosts. We recommend it 100%

Perfect apartment for 4 people. Quite large and with 2 terraces. Perfect location. Everything is very clean and with details that are appreciated such as extra towels, change sheets, gel and brand new shampoo in each of the two bathrooms.... To get an idea, it is the first and only apartment, hotel or cottage, in which I have not grima/disgust, that the shower curtain rubs me. I think it's the best definition of the cleanliness of the apartment. Yuri has responded immediately to the few inquiries we have had to make. Still at risk that next year, "nos nos quit", in Caesar what is Caesar's. Repeated definitely the stay at this apartment. Thank you for doing so well Yuri!

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
