SMDC Cheer Residences is located beside SM Marilao, and a few minutes away from the Philippine Arena. The area is secured with 24/7 security and is equipped with an elevator per building, which makes it easier to go up and down from the fifth floor. Our unit is located at the top floor, which provides our guests a fine view of the night sky.
