Luxury Villa 2 mins to the bay

The main house is the top two floors and is very spacious. One of the closest properties to the bay. 2 min walk. Shared outside dining areas / BBQ. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Property manager that can help with all needs and booking at the location so you don't have to go it alone. Fully equipped kitchen and we can arrange food package before arrival if you want The plot behind us has a new build starting June 24 for 6 months during this period we will give 40% discount if you contact us.

This Apartment is newly built within an old stone house dating back to the 1950's. There is a shared pool with views over the bay. Sit on your terrace and watch the boats come and go while enjoying the sun and a rum. The property is so unique that you access it by a little red taxi boat Tiger Lilly. Relax and enjoy.

Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for modern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walk of Marigot Beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.
