The community is also famous for having featured in the very first Dr. Doolittles movie, filmed in the late 1960's. Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for modern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot Beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

The apartment has undergone a tasteful refurbishment during 2025, and has new furniture throughout, and several brand new appliances. The adjacent 'Zoetry' Hotel pools and gym are available for your use with the apartment and the restaurants operate on a pay as you go basis. The Marina Village itself has two restaurants and a coffee shop.
