Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

There is space for two adults in a bedroom overlooking the forest. Relax by the fireplace, listen to the birds and the rustling trees. The bookcase is full of books and games. In the picturesque Voorthuizen, there is much to do, so besides tranquility there is plenty of entertainment to find in the area.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a house with a guest house diagonally behind it. The guest house (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guest house, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 hectare in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a real play paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate annex to a farm that is no longer working. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he stays inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. (Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private WiFi, private entrance and private terrace. In the chicken coop, there are four chickens and no rooster.

Old bakehouse at the Veluwe

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful little stream with a bridge which gives the whole a fairy-tale image.
