Monthly Rentals in Maridaki beach

We loved our stay at Maria's house. Arrival and departure were done without problems and very flexible. Communication with Magdalena went great. If you have any questions, a short message was sufficient, which was always answered immediately. On site, Maria and her little – very sweet – dog Rudi were waiting for us. Maria is a wonderful woman who welcomed us very warmly and with delicious gifts. Also during our stay, she brought us small homemade surprises over and over again. The house are beautiful and very clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, the beds were cozy and the view from the three terraces simply breathtaking. We enjoyed having a long and extensive breakfast on the terrace to the living room and looking at the sea. Although we spent two weeks in Maria's house, it was very difficult for us to say goodbye at the end. We would love to come back.

This cosy villa was the perfect backdrop to a very memorable trip. The balcony offers beautiful views, the village is peaceful and welcoming, and we liked the convenience of being just a 25 minute drive from Heraklion city. We had all the amenities we needed, and everything is as described. Many thanks to our hosts Apo and Despoina for their warmth and hospitality! We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location of the accommodation, right on the beach. The apartment was great, the kitchen was well-equipped and clean, and the bathroom was tidy and organized. The terrace is very large and perfect for enjoying the view of the sea. Communication with Mr. Minas was excellent; he was very kind and recommended nearby beaches and a rental car with a discount. Tsoutsouras is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, with several fantastic tavernas along the beach. I will definitely return both to Tsoutsouras and to Mr. Minas's accommodation. Highly recommended!

Beatifull house only 10m away from the surf of the sea, located on a remote beach and therefore no tourisric buzz... great for relaxing, swimming, fishing (rocks to the right side of the beach are a good spot), sunbathing... and also walking. There is a coast path to Tsoutsouros where you can buy some groceries, but advisable to do the main shopping in Heraklion. I took the adventurous climb up the valley at the end of the village marked by red/white flags, which will lead you trough stunning mountain nature and up to the road in about 3 hours... be advised it can be a challenge ;) House has everything a human needs, including some friendly neighborhood cats! Take a car which has plenty ground clearance like a Suzuki Vitara since the 1 hour road through the mountains is on rocky gravel road
