Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Romantic 120-year-old forest cabin in the woods with mountain views. Through the beautiful large linden trees and open views to the mountains, you feel completely secluded, even though the village of Mürzsteg is quite close. Two sleeping options in the living room on the pull-out couch. Two sleeping options on the first floor. The bedroom is only accessible via ladder or from outside, see photos. Children's hotel nearby - occasional gentle sounds of play.

Entire house in a green paradise and yet in Vienna

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our newly renovated house, with very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and a large barbecue terrace awaits its guests. The house is located on the outskirts of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with pastry shop, the Burger inn with homemade kitchen and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
