An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The cosy accommodation is an ideal location for hiking and skiing, for relaxing or for working from home when the summer gets too hot in the city! Shops, an inn, a bus stop, a train station and the Stuhleck ski resort are only a few hundred metres away. Right by the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from both Vienna and Graz. Many excursion destinations can be reached by car in one hour: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

In the unique natural surroundings, the deer and roe deer even come right up to the hut. A unique experience. There is a farmhouse next door, but otherwise it is an absolutely quiet, secluded location. There is a small farm on the property. This means that there may occasionally be agricultural traffic." With a generous 75 m², enchanting views and coziness, this apartment offers the perfect base for a relaxing vacation for two. The large, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and feast. From the living/dining room you have a great view of the basilica even in bad weather and the bedroom with open bathroom is our very special highlight
