Lovingly furnished 3 room apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden and a refreshing natural swimming pond in the middle of the Rose Valley awaits nature-loving guests who are looking for a special ambience. The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.

The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

Simply relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day on your own beach at the swimming lake (approx. 220 m). Our three apartments are ideally suited as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or cycling trips on the Drau Cycling Path. For walking, strolling, feeling good and relaxing, you can reach in max. 30 minutes to all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

We rent an attractive and spacious 3-room apartment in a well-kept 2-family house in Klagenfurt. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the fairgrounds and the city center. Ideal for commuters, trade fair visitors or city lovers! The lake can also be reached within minutes by bike. The apartment also has a TV with SKY, so you can easily enjoy movies, TV channels or sports for free.
