Holiday rentals with beach access in Maria

Really wonderful place, prime location very accessible and near to all the cafes and bars in San Juan. The republika bar is a gem with incredible hangout spots like nets and beach chairs. However my only complaint is the lack of stable internet connection which really affected our trip during quiet nights when we wanted to to use our phones.

Thank you James for hosting us at Adayo Cove Resort. The place was accurate as described, away from San Juan, quiet, clean, and comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly appreciated the quality of linen, the delicious food from the in-house restaurant, the karaoke machine, and the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Please note that while this is beach front, it offers great sunset views but not best for swimming--they have a pool for that instead!

I felt at home. I love the peaceful yet warm vibe of Sascha's place. You'll be greeted with the cute dogs. Grateful for Ate Charima taking extra care of my needs esp the lovely dinner. Thank you for letting me in your home. I'll be back.

The place was near the beach. Huge bed, clean bathroom and very good customer service as well. Worth every penny. hoping to visit again

I really enjoyed my stay at Doris Ann’s accommodation in Siquijor! I wish I had stayed longer. The place is right next to a bar, and they mentioned that the bar usually has a live band, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this might not be the right spot. But if you’re in the mood to chill and have fun, it’s perfect! The room has two queen-size beds, ideal for friends on vacation, and there’s a small kitchen with water, coffee, and a mini fridge. The toilet is clean, though I highly suggest opening the small window in the shower for privacy—just make sure to pull back the shower curtain after you finish. Overall, a great stay, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10!

The room is nice, if you want a place to stay away from the city and where you want peace and quiet, this is the place. East to get a cold beer or a hot coffee since they have a restaurant inside. Overall our experience: 8.5/10

We had a great stay at Gen’s place! The place was spacious and very comfortable. The friendly and helpful staffs made us feel right at home. It’s also generator ready, which was super convenient with the island’s almost 24/7 brownouts. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Siquijor! 🏝️

Airbnb should creat a term higher than Superhost only for Rickard. We had a absolutely perfect stay at his place. The place is just paradise, fresh fish coming to you everyday, you don't have to move, some children are always hanging around ready to help you if you need anything. His goat Javier is the loveliest goat on earth and his dog Panther.. well I fall in love with that cute dog, she is the best as Rickard and Nieva his girlfriend. We couldn't wish a greater stay. They showed us secret rover with no tourist at all they helped us with absolutely everything. I have no words to describe that stay it was spot on!! Thank you again Rickard we felt at home for 5 days and we were so sad we had to leave.. we will come back for sure!!!! Miss you guys already!

Great place, power interruption is a problem in the Island and only had issues with it on the first night since there’s a lot of things we can do outdoors. We didn’t notice the power interruption hours since there’s a beach infront where we can sit and relax while waiting for the power to be back, ride motorcycle around the island, friendly staff who will give you tips on where to go and how can you stroll the Island, cafes and restau 5 mins walk. The room is clean and comfy for us and kids not to mention that you can have your coffee while having a an ocean/sea side view. I know it’s a bit far from tourist spot at San Juan but having access to motorcycle for rent and car self drive for rent, it’s like doing a road trip exploration on the Island on the way to tourists spots. There’s also a nice gym 10 mins walk from Ms Juvy’s place, it was really a great experience and we are planning to go back! Thank you so much Ms Juvy and to your friendly staffs!

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

It was a great stay overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and the hosts family even welcomed us. There were some items that need to be fixed but didn’t really impacted our stay. A great place to stay if you want peaceful, quiet, and beautiful view/scenery.

Absolutely stunning oceanside property; It has a private access to the ocean! I enjoyed spending time swimming with complete privacy. Just a tip getting to the place for the first time: Arrive during broad daylight as the roads can get very tricky. Overall, it’s all worth it!

The place is big and clean. Ac is cold and wifi is stable. Host and caretakers are very responsive and helpful - reliable in asking for directions and help. There’s a restaurant within the area. It’s close to the falls but far from the usual beaches and food spots. Overall, great stay!

We had a great stay at Josephs place, beside the fact, that there were Long brownouts for the time we stayed. But thats not Josephs fault. He was very helpful to bring us small Generators, so we could have wifi and and a Fan at while there was no power. He also gave us bikes for free and drove us to the Port free of charge for our troubles. The property was very beautiful. The only Little downside was, that there were construction workers every day, so there was not us much privacy as hoped, they also started working early in the Morning. Otherwise we had a great stay beside the circumstances. Thanks for having us.

I booked Steve and Cherrie’s place for my best friend and her cousins as a bonding getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to Alona Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. It made everything so easy and convenient for them. They had a fantastic time, and the place was clean, comfortable, and just right for relaxing and spending quality time together. Steve and Cherrie were kind and responsive hosts throughout the stay. I’d gladly recommend this place to family and friends, and we’d love to book again in the future!

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
