Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Casetta", because everything seems in small format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. We recently bought this apartment in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, to host travelers from all over the world in a completely renovated and modern structure, characterized by cleanliness and comfort that we also seek when we are traveling. The "Sa campidanesa" vacation home is located in Riola Sardo just 10 km from the best beaches of Sinis: Is Arutas, San Giovanni, Mari Ermi, Putzu Idu, S'Anea scoada and Sa mesa longa; also not far from the village you can visit the ancient archaeological site of Tharros. Just 500 meters from the house you will find: Crai extra supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, pizzerias and restaurants.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
