Located on the Route des Châteaux with Margaux train station within walking distance leading to Bordeaux and Soulac. You will have a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. A beautiful outdoor area with swimming pool (shared pool with us) and bowling alley. Located in the town of Arsac, in the heart of the Margaux appellation and its legendary wines, you will enjoy a quiet, green and unoverlooked environment. You can take the start of walks in the forest to visit the most beautiful gravel pits in the region located a few minutes away and access the ocean beaches 45 minutes away. We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

The house is on the edge of the forest, at the start of many trails to do by bike or on foot (St. Jacques de Compostela Trail). The entire house is fenced.
