Blue Heaven

My house is in the quiet, spacious section of South Ocean City and has been in my family since 1967. Although there have been some renovations - elevated to withstand flooding, gas heat/central air conditioning, new bathroom and front and back decks, it still offers the charm and character of a great family house with hard wood floors and every room a different color. It is 4 blocks from beach and 5 blocks to the bay with great sunsets. Close to playground, basketball court and places to eat.

Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom.
