The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Fully renovated, our cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people, it includes: 1 open-plan living room/kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with billiard table, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds and a walk-in wardrobe. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bocce court.

Mareuil-sur-Lay, a small Vendée town crossed by its rivers, between nature and sea. Beach 30 min, Puy du Fou 45 min, La Rochelle 45 min, hiking nearby... You will stay in the oldest town house in Mareuil, dating from 1617... renovated in 2010, and redesigned by me in a workshop spirit You are in the town center with all amenities within walking distance Gîte run by an "upcycling" designer, the interior decoration changes according to my creations and possibility to visit the workshop.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Independent 40 m2 studio: This simply decorated studio is located close to the beaches (20 min) "La Faute, La Tranche sur Mer, Les Sables d'Olonne (40 min) and La Rochelle (40 min). It is conveniently located for visiting points of interest, Le Puy du Fou (1 hour), O'Gliss (15 minutes), and La Venise Verte (1 hour) and be able to go home and rest in a quiet environment. Guests can enjoy lounge chairs on a private terrace in a wooded area.
