Beachfront holiday rental in Maresias Beach

Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, and since we arrived we had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful porters, the parking area is free to park wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure, the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to feel good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there's also a gym, I thought everything was very organised in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything was clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and blackout curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very concerned and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet sector 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande, we did not need to move by car. The rooms are very comfortable. The morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Not to be missed.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it's quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely return more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

The house was exactly as described in the listing, very well cared for, cozy and safe. Mr. Nelson served us impeccably since the beginning of the reserve, always very helpful and attentive. Check-in and check-out were simple and quiet. Dona Vânia is a love of person, received us with great affection and was always available to help us or clarify any questions. It was a great experience, we felt at home! We will definitely come back more often.

Casa Cubo unites modern architecture, landscaping and urban art in one single place. The space is pleasant, welcoming and conveys the feeling of being at home. The house is airy, illuminated by natural light and provides constant connection with nature — whether in a bath overlooking the garden, relaxing on the sofa looking at the sky of Maresias or taking advantage of the pool surrounded by native vegetation. Everything was done with affection and attention to detail: the paintings, the decoration and the environment form a harmonious and engaging ensemble. The house is a foot in the sand, a few meters from the beach, with excellent location and easy access to bakery, post and other amenities. The condominium is organized, with entrance control, which brought me security, especially since it was the first trip with my daughter. And Daniel deserves to be highlighted: super helpful, attentive and available. A real host note 10!

I stayed for the second time at the house with my family. Perfect location facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Near the hospital, supermarket and several restaurants that you can walk. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best home to stay on the coast!

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

We simply love this place. We went on the carnival holiday in search of quiet and that's exactly what we found: quiet place, seaside, AMAZING sunset, wonderful view of both the bungalow and the pool (which was only for us for the entire stay). It had everything we needed. Couldn't have been in a better place. The access is super quiet, Davide gave us great instructions for the site and guided us perfectly. Your dogs are gracious.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.
