Excellent location, easy access to the wedding venues around, a good place to spend a stay. The only observation is the noise of air machines that seems to come from the market next door. Other than that, Would come back again

We loved the view of the beach, a very accessible location, easy to find, everything well organized and the host very attentive, the rent is well worth it.

The stay was incredible! The flat is exactly as in the photos: spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach and with easy access to markets and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, always available to answer all our questions. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back at the next opportunity!!!

Great place to stay. Everything was as described, stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, electric coffee maker, two TVs, air conditioning, fan..... everything was very new and working perfectly. In addition, the place is very cozy and has a good barbecue in a private area. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. You can do everything by walk!! And Beatriz is excellent, helpful, quick to respond and extremely kind!! I recommend it and I will certainly return!!

The Studios do Flor da Terra are excellent I recommend staying in any of them. It's already my second stay and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful, cozy and very clean place. It has everything we need and a little more!! It is in the center of everything and very close to the beach. Saulo and Sr Francisco were extremely attentive and the only problem we had with a shower, they solved instantly! Is already one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back more often!

Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

The stay was excellent! The apartment corresponds to what is shown in the photos, the location is also great, with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. I went with my dogs and the backyard space and service area are great. Victor is very flexible about schedules

The pousada was very comfortable. Although the room was small, the bathroom was a good size, comfortable and very clean. I really value the hygiene of the bathroom. The pousada has 3 4 elements that make it a good rating: excellent breakfast, a heated pool with good temperatures and a sauna, the attention of the staff who was very attentive. The only downside is that it is about 8-10min walking from the beach, which if you don't have discomfort with walking about 700m is fine.

Location of the very good flat, close to the passage to the beach of Mareias in the corner of Moreira, being very quiet this side of the beach. The flat is very well decorated and modern, tasteful and with good accommodation for 4 people, we were in 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was very clean and organized! Everything in the flat works well, good kitchen, stove and fridge, in addition to the very good shower too! It has chairs and beach camping with parasol. Secure indoor parking. The condominium has a very good pool!

Ap beautiful, clean, all as described. Not to mention the view we had, wonderful! The place is private, but we went on the sea itself, to the waterfront, quietly. Priscila always ready, it served us very well!

We spent wonderful days! despite being carnival, the condominium was quiet and the house very comfortable. Ideal size for our family, of 4 people. We were very well served by the hostess, who is very kind and polite. We'll be back one day!
