All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Cláudio gave us great suggestions of places, provided full support and showed attention, quick and very helpful response, sent to deliver a delicious cake that surprised everyone in the family, we will surely come back more often.

I would like to thank Anderson for the stay. Me and my family were surprised by the house! Everything very new, very clean, the complete house. By heated pool, all rooms with air conditioning, very good shower, missing words to describe the house. Not to mention that you can do everything without needing a car! Mercado is 2 minutes from the house, restaurants and bars very close by. The beach 5 minutes, the house has a tent on the beach with chairs. Very attentive and flexible Anderson with schedule. I highly recommend the house, and I will definitely be back to stay longer!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Location close to the center and about 5 min from some good beaches. A Julia (host) always very helpful, a love of person. I highly recommend it. I only missed a cold shower in the backyard to take sand from the beach before entering the pool, and everything else is fantastic.

Rafael's house surprised us, corresponds to the photos, and the place is extremely pleasant and the beach of Guaeca is a delight. Great for small children, we were with two babies and 3 children and everyone enjoyed a lot. The house has a nice pool and the place is super quiet. Also, the house is in front of the tennis court, which is great for those who like to practice the sport. Finally, the Vanessa that cooked and tidied the house during our stay is super pleasant, friendly and proactive. The township was truly all delicious, we spent happy days.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with nearby grocery and bakery, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with high quality items. A true charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.
