One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Haus Belodei - Apt A

Located in San Martin de Tor (San Martino in Badia/St. Martin in Thurn) in the beautiful ‘House Belodei’, apartment A is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television.

Apartment Dolomites Nest

Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing or sunbathing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

Ciasa Raut App Tamà

The holiday apartment Ciasa Raut App Tamà is located in La Val/Wengen and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 58 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Rindlereck

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.

Apartment nr.3 Residence Residence Noares

Die neu realisierte Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stockwerk und besteht aus einem Doppelbettzimmer, einem Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Bidet, einem Wohnbereich mit einem Fernseher, einem Tisch und einer Eckbank, einer Kochnische mit einem Kühlschrank, einer Geschirrspülmaschine, einem Herd, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Mikrowelle. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Balkon.
