The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

The place is peaceful and close to supermarket shops, restaurants, 5 minutes by car or bike. Marennes beach is a 10 minute walk. Oléron is a 10-minute drive away, the royal coast is 25 minutes away. Located close to the marshes and the beach which is 1km away. The cycling routes are on the edge of the property 300m from the accommodation .
