Excellent stay, large living space, private garden without a view, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a toilet downstairs, we found it annoying. And we are also not a fan of fragrance sticks everywhere in the house. Enclosed property with parking, at the edge of the residential area. All in all very satisfied.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful location. We did a lot of walking, in the centre of Fouras, which is accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.
