Monthly Rentals in Maremmana

The apartment is in a beautiful village. We had some problems, but we talked to Paolo and he solved them right away. We were very comfortable. I recommend it.

The apartment is very nice, very clean, spacious and sufficiently furnished. It would be nice to have a seating area on one of the balconies and a few more kitchen utensils. The apartment is located in a residential area, parking spaces are available on the street. The apartment is about 8 minutes walk from a small supermarket, a recommended pizzeria is in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the centre of Empoli in about 20 minutes, and to the train station in about 28 minutes. Empoli is well connected to Florence and Siena by train. Communication with Giuseppe was excellent at all times, he took care of (in our case necessary) arrangements for check-in early and was quickly reachable. There are also some signs with helpful information in the apartment. We'd love to come back to this wonderful apartment!

Tenuta Barosi is a beautiful location overlooking rural Florence. It is located just 25 minutes outside of Florence and easy to get to. The farmhouse has a number of apartments, and ours was Comiso. Cristina was extremely helpful with our check in, as we arrived very late. It is very easy to self check in. The pool overlooks a small valley with beautiful scenery of farms and vineyards. Highly recommend staying at Tenuta Barosi!

Fredrico and Linda were the best people who made me feel right at home. I met some amazing people during my stay of 3 nights. Fredrico and Linda even took us for a drive and pizza up the hills in their amazing van. We heard songs and spoke and laughed and had the best time. Their garden is so so chill and there's a table tennis table too where you can play. I even took a dip in their pond which was super clean. It's the experience that stood out and i am so grateful to have come here. Special mention to Greta ( she is such a nice person and beautiful)
