In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you are outside even when sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Just behind the house there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile tracks, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.
