Il Barchio: loft in a late 18th century building in Jesi

Elegant and bright loft, located on the ground floor of a noble building of the late 1700s, in the historic center. Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
