With a floor area of 160 m2 on the ground floor, there is a 21 m2 master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, there is a second 13 m2 bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. Children under 12 are not allowed, nor are guests. 700 m from the tram line to the train station and city centre.
