Monthly Rentals in Marbury

We stayed for 2 weeks, and it was perfect for our stay. Jennifer's place was nice and quiet and felt like the country, but was only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. 30 minute drive to the Metro rail to go to all the sightseeing in DC. Plenty of hiking trails nearby too. if we ever come to this area again, this will certainly be out stay of choice.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Good location to where I needed to be and places I wanted to see.I just wish it had two beds insead of one.This was my frist time using airbnb,I would use ut again since I now how it works.

Evie was quick to reply to all communications. The neighborhood is a perfect location; quiet, but easily accessible to businesses and all shopping in LaPlata as well as Gilbert Run Park. Evie presents her bnb quarters accurately. The bedroom and bath suited our needs perfectly.
