Monthly Rentals in Marbury

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful area. It's in a community, not close to restaurant's or activities. It's a great place to relax at night. Beds were comfy, great shower and kitchen area. Very spacious. Truly appreciated the accommodations on our late check in Can hear the family upstairs as mentioned but Hashim and family were quick to quiet down the kids in the morning, so not a problem. Would happily stay here again.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Great stay again. If you are heading to the Potomac for a bass tournament this is the place to stay. It is less than 5 minutes to Smallwood state park. The home has everything you need. You can park up to 7 or 8 boats here. Lots of room for sleeping arrangements. Just a great place to stay, and very roomy has all you need. Three bathrooms is a major plus and the washer and dryer is perfect for drying out clothes and rain gear after getting dumped on fishing.

We loved our stay with Phillip and Georgia! They were responsive and friendly and could often be found outside on their grounds! They would always say hi and ask how things were going. If I needed anything all I had to do was send a text and Georgia was incredibly responsive. Best of all…this was the PERFECT play for my 3 year old. They had a play ground and a jungle gym that he just had a blast on. Additionally, they had chickens, ducks, goats, cats, and dogs to see and play with and observe. We even got to feed their goats! We felt right at home and we would 100% stay again.
