The apartment with separate entrance is located in the idyllic district of Marburg-Hermershausen, 8 km from the city. You walk via an external staircase to the apartment (slope location) with kitchen/dining area and hallway, from which the bathroom/toilet and the combined living/bedroom lead off. In addition to the double bed (1.60 m wide), there is a folding sofa for children or a 3rd person. New floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows, a new wooden terrace and an automatic ventilation system offer upscale standards.

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. There's a small supermarket around the corner, and you can walk to the upper town. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a parking space. There is a fireplace for which firewood is provided. The apartment has been freshly renovated and everything is clean. We are very family-friendly and have nice neighbours. An additional €2 per guest per night must be paid in taxes.

The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee the garden invites you with seating, which borders directly on the forest. Even from the large shower, you can sometimes observe a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

We offer our vacation rental here. It is located in the historic Oberstadt with its beautiful alleys and half-timbered houses. There are numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, versatile shopping and much more in the area. The Oberstadt funicular is also nearby. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet at night. The terrace offers a beautiful view over Marburg and is free, without terraces above it.
