Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Overlooking the mountain, the 52 m2 holiday apartment "Dolomiten Winklerhof" impresses guests with its fantastic views. It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

In Maranza (Meransen), the holiday apartment Schöne Aussicht offers an excellent view of the mountain. This 47 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as cable and satellite TV.
