Ms Kim was a responsive and generous host. We appreciate that she allowed us to do early check-in for free. The place was as pretty, neat and high-end stylish as in the photos. The fresh smell of the bedroom actually prompted me to look for the same brand and purchase one for my own home. We’ve been doing bnb’s in Twin Lakes but first time in Merlot and in a 1 BR unit. Normally we would just go out to eat. But with Ms Kim’s place, I was inspired to cook with the well-equipped kitchen and bought ingredients at Robinson’s supermarket being very nearby. My husband and I did not leave the place at all as we just slept all day in their soft bed, ate the food I prepared, played with our cat Chimmy and enjoyed Netflix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we also liked the view and spent time just talking, listening to music and the rain while lounging at the balcony. Will definitely go back. The place looks great overall, better than expected. It could use a little maintenance, and there was a faint odor in the bathroom, not strong or bad, just something I noticed. Not sure where it came from, but it didn’t really bother us. Honestly, the place looks even better in person than in the photos. They should definitely update the listing to reflect how nice it actually is. For the price, it’s a great deal. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. I’d stay here again.

Good bang for buck, place is rly clean and perfect for 4 guests. Wish the host listed in the listing itself the other ameneties that were available in the Airbnb like water, sugar, oil, etc. bc we werent sure whether we should bring or not, but overall a good stay. Near Ayala Malls Solenad so it’s convenient for restaurants, etc. Host was also very kind and accommodating to let us check-out later than 12nn. Would book again! :)

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was not only spotless and cozy, but also beautifully designed — automated (from bathroom > google assistant > mi cleaning machine) kids also loved the XBOX!!Perfect for a relaxing escape. Can’t wait to come back!

We booked this unit because we wanted to have a break from the city. and it didn't disappoint. The view was breathtaking, we love the PS5 and the board games, the unit also has unlimited movies. It was truly the break we need. Sir Dhon is also very responsive to all our questions. Thank you very much for letting us stay despite of short notice. 😊

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

The view was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the cool breeze and Taal Lake in the distance was such a treat. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and some great sightseeing spots. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The host/co-host was very responsive. The unit was clean & big for a family. We enjoyed our quick stay in the unit. Also, the place was quiet & peaceful, good also for those who want to get away from the busy life in the city.
