Holiday rentals with beach access in Maragondon

Highly recommend! Checked in late due to commitments and encountered a hiccup. Messaged expecting a response next day (because I knew it was late) but was so surprised I got a reply. Host offered help and we felt very taken care of. 10/10! Would book again🩷👌

We’ve been to Pico many times but this was definitely the best stay we had. I can’t think of an issue. Oh maybe just the front door was a liitle challenging to open. But it did not have any negative effect on our stay. Diane was always available to chat. Ate Noemi, the caretaker, was pleasant too. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

We had an amazing time at Ann’s place. The 2 BR unit was just right for our family and it was complete with everything. Ms Susan and Ate Sheryl were also very accommodating and made our stay extra accommodating. We will be definitely back!

If you want to relax and be at peace, this is the right place to go. I love everything about this airbnb- from how clean the place is, to how beautiful the scenery, and to how complete the amenities are. But what I love most is how responsive and friendly sir Ron and sir Kenny is. We had a bit problem with the admin of Ocean Villa, and they were to the rescue. They have given us favor and exerted so much effort to help us even it’s not their concern anymore. You are the reason why your airbnb is worth booking! Thank you so much, Sir Ron and Sir Kenny! The place is good, it is clean and well maintained, the location is very private and quiet, the host is very responsive and considerate. The only thing that gives us a little inconvenience is going to the beach because it would take a 10mins ride from the place and there is no access to a cottage where you can put our things and also no cr and shower room.

Louie' place matched the advertised description. The entire place is clean and cozy. All small and kitchen equipments including the toilets and baths are all functional. The balcony has the perfect view of the sea. The caretaker is so helpful and responsive. We'll definitely go back.

The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with dining and kitchen necessities and the location was perfect for a family get away . The host and the caretaker of the property was extremely helpful and responsive providing local tips and making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable, thanks K Lebrix and Juvy 😊. We were delighted to find that Randi’s place fit our family size perfectly—three comfortable bedrooms with one bathroom each (no more lining up for your turn), plus an extra bathroom at the ground floor. Casa Sueño was close enough that driving was not too big an effort, but far enough for the much needed disconnection. (And if in case work needed you to reconnect, it wasn’t too hard.) We wished for fresh seafood before coming to Casa Sueño. Kuya Ranan and Ate Mercy called their friends who just brought in fresh fish and clams, and even helped us by doing the grilling themselves. They were courteous, responsive, and very accommodating. Randi’s home was very clean, uncluttered and well-maintained. We will happily stay again if given another chance!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the little extras like fresh towels, coffee, and clear instructions for everything in the house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway!

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

The place is huge and great 👍 complete kitchenwares in which I enjoyed much! The balcony overlooking with the lake makes a good spot for the morning coffees or late talks. ♥️ Hmm, what else? The host is very accommodating and very responsive to all the inquiries. Garments smells good 👍 I loved the couch very much and the big mirrors everywhere in the walls! Bathroom are clean as well as the wash area. Ugh just go and book the place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ♥️
