We spent some incredible days at Matías's house. It is super comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy to the fullest a few days in this quiet area of Mar del Plata. I recommend it 100%.

The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a really good time, we went with our b***h and everything was super practical since the patio is large and well fenced. The grill and pool are to take advantage of! The house is just as you can see in the photos, very nice! clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Manuela (Julía's sister) she was very clear and communicative, she even allowed us to stay a little more past check out! It's definitely to come back!

I loved the combination of nature with the comfort of the heated pool, which allows you to enjoy even on rainy days, something ideal considering the changing climate of the coast. The house is very bright, has all the necessary tools to cook and the bed is super comfortable. Also, when I needed a blender, Mariano lent it to me without a problem. All the surroundings are beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy. ¡Excellent experience!

Our experience at Gustavo's house was amazing. The property was spotless, with excellent cleanliness. My girls really enjoyed the pool, which made our stay even better. Gustavo was an attentive host, always attentive to every detail and making sure we were comfortable. The area is excellent, very comfortable and well located. The depto is beautiful and super comfortable , excellent location and cleanliness. Very complete. The security people are very warm and friendly . The gym and common area are very good. Mariela responded more than in time . We will be back !

Mariana's house is super quiet. She is always willing to answer our queries. The house has everything we need. There are warehouses nearby. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach that is 3 blocks away is very nice and there are others nearby that are very beautiful, such as golden beach. We will be back. If you want tranquility and beach nearby, it is a great option.

Rocío is an excellent host, the place is very clean, impeccable, everything is very well cared for, the only thing I didn't like was the location. But if you're looking for a place to disconnect and it doesn't bother you that it's a field area, it's the place. Thank you very much Rocío. You are a 10.

I would definitely come back. The place is good to rest and be quiet. Surrounded by nature, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The impeccable bathrooms, all equipped for cooking and even board games to have a nice time with family and/or friends. Host a genius with flexibility and good vibes.

The place is the same as the photos, the location in the neighborhood is ideal. Everything is very quiet. Agustina was very attentive throughout the stay, the only thing is that one of the rooms does not have ventilation and a little humidity smell is concentrated but everything else was great!! I recommend it.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
