Holiday rentals with beach access in Mar del Plata

The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. But the beauty of the view keeps surprising you. Awesome 😍! The luminosity, spaciousness and immense beauty of Playa Varese make the apartment look much wider than it is. The meters are used perfectly. The apartment is very well equipped and has a lot of storage space, which helps you to have everything perfectly tidy. Mercedes is very attentive and available to assist you in whatever you need without being on top or invading your privacy. We feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I definitely recommend it! 🙌🏼

Excellent José as a host, very attentive, friendly and considerate. He was flexible on both check-in and check-out times. I would stay again in the Dpto since it is comfortable and with a beautiful view.

Rodrigo is one of the best hosts I've had in using Airbnb for well over 10 years. He even gave us a ride from/to the bus/train station! The place is located next to a really nice area of the city, which is full of cute shops, restaurants, and overall fun to hang out in. It's also a fairly short walk from the ocean. The place itself met our expectations & already has a washer. It's clear a lot of care went into decorating the interior.

Everything coincided with the publication, all super clean!!!, we arrived and stayed just as they told us!! Santiago was very cordial and instantly answered our doubts!!! excellent value for money!! We would choose him again without a doubt!!!

This apartment is a great choice for anyone wanting to spend a lot of time at playa grande or the nearby area. The apartment felt very high-end and modern, check-in was super easy, and Leticia is a very good communicator. The only problem I had was the WiFi would occasionally cut out randomly for a minute before coming back on.

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Casa Valencia seemed like a great place to stay. Excellent location. Super comfortable, with all the sercicios for a very good stay. I was spotless and Macarena is very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Good experience. Marcos responded quickly whenever we write to you. The house is just as it is in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet. Ideal for relaxing, taking lots of mate, wine and eating with my friends 🥳

Everything was perfect. The only downside that was presented is that the house has an electric lock and the initial entry is no contact with a key that the host sends, but for the time I arrived the sun made it difficult to read the keyboard. It was resolved smoothly because the host was attentive so I called her and opened it to me in a minute. The following days are no problem because a proximity magnetic key is given so it is no longer necessary to use the keyboard and if the tenant wants it there is the option to disable the magnetic lock (which is very comfortable and practical) and use a common key instead.

We spent two amazing days in this place, also the nights are pure sky. The house is very safe and in perfect condition such is published. Juan is attentive to what was needed. It's all spotless, highly recommended to rest in nature.

The cabin that Gonzalo offers is spectacular, this is the second time I have come and the truth that I would come back every time. The forest, the house, the nearby beaches and places. That's all that's fine ❤️

Very nice apartment facing the coast, all light and window and wide ocean views. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from the center and on the Av Camet that is very busy.

The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. In a very safe environment, with an amazing view. I recommend getting around by car because it's a ravine area. Ideal for 4 people!

We had a great time at the apartment! It has everything to have for a stay (there are towels and coat for the bed). The location is great, the apartment super nice, clean and tidy. And María Sol super friendly and predisposed, we had an inconvenience with our flight and we arrived half an afternoon in mardel and she received us the same at 22hs, which we thank very much!! The apartment with an excellent location and the dreamed views. It was what I wanted, to be in front of the sea. Close to Alem and big beach. Nearby amenities in the area. It's such you see in the photos. I would definitely stay at this place again. Loli is a genius always available to my needs. impeccable attention.

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

We thank Silvia and Monica for the beautiful stay we had and their immense kindness. The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Cande's apartment. The place is beautiful, with incredible ocean views and an unbeatable location, just meters from the coast. The area is quiet, making exploring the sea much easier and more enjoyable, and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, with all the necessary cooking utensils, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Plus, Cande is a genius, always attentive and willing to help us. She welcomed us with the best vibe and allowed us flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and one we 100% recommend.
