Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mar del Plata

I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

Rocío is an excellent host, the place is very clean, impeccable, everything is very well cared for, the only thing I didn't like was the location. But if you're looking for a place to disconnect and it doesn't bother you that it's a field area, it's the place. Thank you very much Rocío. You are a 10.

Impeccable, absolutely everything. Alfonso super friendly, very flexible even with schedule changes that were unpredictable and predisposed for any questions.

Everything was perfect. The only downside that was presented is that the house has an electric lock and the initial entry is no contact with a key that the host sends, but for the time I arrived the sun made it difficult to read the keyboard. It was resolved smoothly because the host was attentive so I called her and opened it to me in a minute. The following days are no problem because a proximity magnetic key is given so it is no longer necessary to use the keyboard and if the tenant wants it there is the option to disable the magnetic lock (which is very comfortable and practical) and use a common key instead.

Very good house in a very nice place.. new, spacious, bright.. with very good electros in kitchen.. the main suite is a 10.. the services all working ok.. the Giant Coto a few blocks away solves a lot! Maria Julia was an excellent host.. thank you!!

Valeria was very friendly and helpful, flexible with the arrival time given a change we had in the flights, which was of great help to us. In the house everything was just as shown in the photos, the neighborhood was very quiet and all the instructions given were clear. We appreciate the host's willingness to help us! We recommend it :)

Great stay for a quiet group of 5 adults. We booked at the last minute and both Andrea and Elena were very willing and kind to welcome us. The house was impeccable, with sheets, towels and everything you need to spend a few days, in very good condition. We were very comfortable and were able to coordinate our schedules freely for both check-in and check-out. Highly recommended, we'll surely be back soon!

Lilian’s place was amazing, we had a ton of fun and it felt just like being at home. Extremely well located, walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant and stores, the neighborhood was great. We didn’t want to leave the house, really nice BBQ place and outdoor seating + a magnificent garden. The kitchen was big and comfy and the rooms really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms made the place very convenient. Great common areas to hang out!! I will definitely try to go back to this place that exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks a lot Lilian for all your help and for being so flexible, congratulations on your amazing place!!

The apartment's location was unbeatable. The beautiful view! Viviana was super attentive to us and helped us with everything we needed. The place was super well furnished and just like the description in the advertisement. We had a lovely stay and would certainly go back!

The apartment was spotless. Very spacious, bright and comfortable. Air conditioning and central heating to radiator, which worked in maravillas. Even with a fixed garage in the building that we hadn't noticed. A luxury. Everything was excellent.

10/10 The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment comes very equipped, which facilitates the stay. I went with friends and it was truly a luxury! Fernando a genius, always available if we needed anything and the apartment gave it to us super clean! We recommend that they stay there, if they go with friends or family. The area is very good.

Top notch care, we were welcomed with an Argentine barbecue😋. The beautiful and spacious house in the best neighborhood in MDQ with a combination of tranquility and both restaurants and shops very close by. I definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Beautiful house with spacious environments to enjoy a very good stay. It has a large park with a pool and all the necessary amenities to have fun. It's just as it looks in the photos. María was always attentive to our needs. It's a place to come back to.

The view is the reason why any breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner is always better on the balcony than in any restaurant. The house is super cozy and comfortable, full of warm details, with special wooden furniture, and decorated with many beautiful objects in all the rooms. At the same time, it has everything you need for a functional family stay, top-of-the-line appliances, and a very modern and comfortable bed. The pool is impeccable, always in good condition thanks to Damian's attentive maintenance. But what makes this accommodation unparalleled is the garden, immense, with old vegetation, rocks that form extraordinary landscapes, you can see the work and care of years to create this unique space in Sierra de los Padres.
