Heather's listing was spot on. Everything was exactly as it was listed. Everything was very neat and clean. The kitchenette and bathroom were spotless and had extras than we don't even have at our own home. It was unbelievably quiet. There are so many things to do and places to eat in the area. Heather responded promptly, every time I contacted her, and we met Patrick the day we arrived. He was very pleasant to talk with. We were actually there for our grandson's graduation from Topsail High School. We turned it into a mini vacation. Our other grandson graduates next May, so there's a real good chance we contact Heather to book it again, if it's available. Great Place!

We had a great stay at the Boho Chateau this past weekend! It is very conveniently located in a super cute neighborhood which was perfect for all of the family events that were happening in the area. The backyard was peaceful and private so we even got to do a little meditation and sunbathing! Thank you to Brooke for providing this cute place, for being a great host, & available to us if we ever needed you!

The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked—both showers had all the necessary toiletries, and the Keurig coffee in the kitchen was a really nice touch. We did experience some issues with the A/C, but our host responded quickly and had an HVAC company come out to resolve it, which we really appreciated. The biggest downside was the amount of trash and debris outside the front area and throughout the parking lot. The dumpster was also constantly overflowing. I understand this is outside the owner's control, but it’s worth noting for future guests. I also noticed the carpet in the stairwell and upstairs hallway looked a bit dirty—likely due to wear and tear more than cleanliness. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Quiet neighbors, with easy access to shops and restaurants. And again, the decor was stunning—truly a beautiful home.

Brandon’s home is gorgeous. It was perfect for the 5 of us and our 2 dogs. The big fenced back yard offered ample space for the pups to run while the game room allowed for us to come together as family and play pool and the dining room table helped us to play board games while it was raining. The home was very spacious and clean. Brandon is a terrific host!! Would 100% recommend this space to others and would definitely stay there again! Thank you Brandon!

Diane, Has a beautiful property, location on a quiet street, and everything I needed the home was spacious and very comfortable the back yard was amazing the lawn the mature bushes I could have sat outside all night on the patio. Whenever I'm in Jacksonville in the near future this is where I hope to stay. Great job Diane!!!
