You’ll love my place because it sets on a 50 acre beautiful horse farm with QUIET and RELAXING indoor/outdoor spaces, fishing pond, riding trails, and comfy Queen bed. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
