There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Such a Hallmark Town with the brick drive and the Vintage appeal from that local shops was so welcoming. I wished I had time to visit the shops during the day. I will make it a point to look for the availability of this loft, every time we come through the area.

We brought a trip of twelve 7th and 8th grade students to Topeka for a school trip, and all twelve kids and five adults fit in this home comfortably. There was room to spread out and keep the two genders separated. The adults all had rooms. The bed that I used was comfortable. The kids liked being able to explore the space and found a pond nearby. We utilized the fire pit and made s'mores, which was also a fun experience with the students. The kitchen was nice to be able to prepare dinner for our group on Friday. We used the oven to cook pizza. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Topeka with this group. The home is a wonderful old farmhouse with lots of character and is well-kept. the property is also well kept with the hosts being very responsive to inquiries.

Such a nice little house, super clean, nicely decorated, free of clutter, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area! Erin was an excellent host, flexible and able to accommodate us when our plans changed at the last minute! A great experience all around! Would highly recommend!
