The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need for a good stay. Mari is a very good host, friendly, always willing to advise you about the area, attentive to what you may need... Worth repeating!

An incredible experience! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, fruit trees and a lot of tranquility. The house is as it appears in the photos, very well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. What's more, we had the best company: Elmo and the kittens. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

We had a very pleasant stay at Maria's place. That's a small but functional apartment. A bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room, but when the goal is to spend the day getting to know Cantabria, there are no problems with the space. We only need a more comfortable and larger bed (it was 1.35 and for two people it is very tight). With Maria, it was a little difficult to contact her at first, but she helped us with the reservation, which gave us problems, and during our stay she made sure that everything was fine and even brought us a couple of gifts during those days, which we really appreciate. The area is residential and very quiet, in the lower part of a villa. And very well located, in 3 minutes you are on the highway to move around Cantabria. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Very good quality amenities. Comfortable beds. So a very good stay, I recommend it
