Relaxing retreat in Bracciano with lake and castle views, just 10 min walk from the center and the lake. Two independent villas with kitchen and bathroom, set in a 1,500 sqm private garden with pool. Fast Wi-Fi, free parking, linens, towels and final cleaning included. Ideal for families and couples (6 guests). 🚆 Train station 15 min walk, Rome in 60 min.

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

It is surrounded by a large park with swimming pool, an olive grove and a panoramic terrace. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. We invite you to enjoy this relaxing space: for time in the pool and for the shade under the trees, for a barbecue with friends or to visit the archaeological sites in the surrounding area or even reach Rome in an hour.
