The hostess is very friendly and communicative. The beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, the beautiful nature.

The accommodation is a complete apartment, with many places to be and a beautiful gallery. It has a very complete kitchen, with complete and very nice dishes. Christian is very kind. He shares local information and is very helpful whenever you need it.

The place was great. Perfectly located in Manuel Antonio. The supermarket below was also great. The only complaint I have is no check out instructions. I also accidentally left something and they never messaged me back about if they found it or what they could do about it. Besides that it was the perfect place.

Very peaceful and beautiful apartment with a great view of the town, mountain and sea. Definitely need a car if staying here, as it's a dirt road up a hill to get here, but well worth it. Loved having the balcony for breakfast and late evenings, and the apartment was plenty spacious enough. Would note that there is no AC in the apt -- only in one of the two bedrooms -- if you prefer a cooler indoor temperature. All rooms have fans and windows that fully open, but it's fairly humid outside.

Small apartment in a beautiful garden setting with a clean pool right outside the door, and a 5-10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach (entrance to marino ballena). Everything was lovely. The bed felt more like a double than a queen, but it was very comfortable so we slept very well. The bedroom feels especially small, but it worked for us for our 3 night stay. Nice, quiet area.

This place was amazing. The air conditioning is great, the pool is warm, and you can get hot water. It is very well protected and the area is surrounded of locals. The restaurants "sodas" nearby are glorious. You are in between Jaco and Quepos so I feel like it was the perfect driving distance to both. If we go again we will definitely be staying here again.

We kicked off our honeymoon in Costa Rica at Axel's place for 4-nights. When we arrived, it was the evening so it was dark out. The following morning we were totally blown away by the beauty of this lovely farm! Gorgeous green trees, flowers, monsteras, & mountains are surrounding you. The view is spectacular (even when it is raining or cloudy). The house has hammocks to relax in, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal, a very comfy bed, and views to die for! Toucan-spotting over coffee in the morning was a highlight. Axel was not only a great host but a lovely person to chat with! If you are looking for a more remote Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. Highly recommend and are definitely planning to come back to this wonderful place! Thanks again Axel!!

Amazing place!

If you're looking for a spot just off the beaten path with the beauty of the rainforest right at your fingertips and the coast just a short walk away, then this is the place for you. The layout and outdoor living spaces of the home allow you to enjoy the toucans, scarlet macaws, hummingbirds and even monkeys if you have a keen eye. The howler monkey was hard to spot, but he put on quite a show! You'll spot wildlife along the path to the beach as well, so enjoy the short walk. After you've spotted the iguana and what we thought was an agouti, you'll find the truly semi-private beach. We will miss the magic of the coast and rainforest for sure. Uvita is just a short drive away and we liked that it wasn't heavily congested. You'll find a waterfall close to Uvita and we discovered the hidden gem of a restaurant called Tilapias El Pavón. All that to say, we loved the location. It was peaceful and had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation.

Wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect. Close to everything, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Neff was very responsive when asked questions. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. The bed and furniture were extremely comfortable. And the best thing was the pool. We used it every day rain or shine. Will hopefully be back soon!!

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Tucon Villa! Visited in April 2025 as a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The property is perfect for families or groups, with a great pool enjoyed by both kids and adults. The garden, full of fruit trees, added a peaceful, tropical vibe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—super convenient for multiple families—and the fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. The on-site washer and dryer were a huge plus. We also loved birdwatching right from the property! The location is ideal, just a short drive to Quepos and Manuel Antonio, offering both convenience and privacy. The only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions for first-time visitors. Overall, highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

Vanessa´s place is in a very convenient location, walking distance to the bus stop, a corner store a few feet away and also to a very good restaurant. The neighborhood is quite and the house is so welcoming. I highly recoment this place.

Their warm and genuine "pura vida" spirit made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Lester and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent local recommendations and promptly addressing any questions we had. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Quepos!

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.

David's place is a perfect location to walk to anything you need. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and see and hear all the wildlife. We will definitely stay here again.

Marlene's house is just as you can see in the photos, everything was impeccable. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the gardening of the complex is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Compared to the other properties in the area for the price, everything was perfect. I wish I had read a little more to know there was no a/c but it really wasn’t much of a problem. Lots of properties don’t have a/c in the area. It’s common. Thanks Tina!
