Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manuel Antonio

Jefferson is a great host with an amazing home. The home is so private and peaceful. We swam in the pool while watching monkeys swinging in the trees. It was the coolest experience ever. Jefferson was great and communicating and helped us with any questions we had leading up to our trip. His concierge team is also top notch. They helped us plan things to do throughout our trip, recommended some great restaurants, and communicated with us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb to stay at, and will definitely be returning next time we make the trip to Costa Rica!

We had a great stay! The apartment is cozy and in a great location. The host was friendly and helpful with great local tips. Loved the pool, nearby bus stop, and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable stay at Gretel's place. We saw 3 types of monkeys, macaws, tucans and squirrels and iguanas, all while hanging out at the pool or on the terrace. Communication was great, Gretel checked in several times to see if everything was good. The house offers everything you could need - we cooked at the property several times and were able to use a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool which is very toddler friendly. The location can't be beat - you're close to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio with endless activities, restaurants etc. We really felt like we were immersed in nature and could not have wished for a better place to spend our vacation in Costa Rica.

The monkey house lived up to its name. We saw monkeys on 3 out of the 5 days we were at the house. Sam did a great job of communicating and keeping us in the loop. The home is close to the National Park and local beaches. The Mercadito nearby was also a great place to grab a snack and indulge with the locals. We will definitely be back. Pura Vida!

Amazing house, pool, and location - close to everything in Uvita, yet secluded. The pictures of the view from the deck and pool don't do it justice. The house was very clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

I have a hard time putting into words how magical this place was. When we first entered through to the deck, it didn’t even look real. From that deck with the lovely infinity pool we saw squirrel monkeys, a howler monkey, capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet tanagers, hummingbirds, macaws and more. Breakfast every morning was a huge perk and my younger sister in particular loved getting pancakes everyday. Just to note, there is still construction on what seems to be two nearby properties, but still an amazing stay (one of the fabric fences to block construction view is a favorite path of the squirrel monkeys though a side benefit)! Still a magical stay and a great way to celebrate my younger sister’s high school graduation.

Very clear instructions on where to go and how to get into the house when you arrive. Easy checking in and checking out. Location is beautiful! VERY short drive to a lot of restaurants and a large supermarket. We bought groceries and cooked breakfast most mornings and a couple of dinners. There was plenty of kitchenware, a great stove, and an outdoor grill that made cooking easy. The one thing to note if you are from the USA, is that this is a Costa Rican style home. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen, and no indoor living room. Sitting spaces are outside with no climate control. The bedrooms are spread out, and the only access to most bedrooms is from the exterior balcony or patio. All bedrooms had their own air-conditioning units and were very comfortable to sleep in at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is gated. We felt completely safe staying there with seven kids in our group. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely stay again!!!

This place was amazing. The balcony overlooking the forest is beautiful and we saw so many different birds and animals just hanging out on the patio with the binoculars. The place was initially a little difficult to find but the hose was very responsive. Definitely beneficial to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. It’s up in the hills and the roads leading to the place are unpaved. But we overall LOVED the location. The place was as described and the host helped coordinate an amazing guide for the park. Overall amazing experience.

A great place to stay. Location it's a luxury in Manuel Antonio and if you choose right you might find a place like this. This place was close to the beach as to Quepos town. Wich was very convenient for us a family of 4. The surroundings where on point, with amenities like the swimming pool and a comfy entrance. Just the right space with an open kitchen. Looking forward to come back in the future.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The spaces is beautiful and centrally located while feeling tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We really loved watching the sunrise from the tower that overlooks the mountains down to the beach, it is worth the early alarm on vacation! Jason was super helpful and gave us great advice for navigating Manuel Antonio and avoiding common pitfalls, thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

Great place to stay to visit all that Manuel Antonio has on offer, close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus very convenient for beach and national park. Yosue was especially helpful and communicative ☺️

This place is beautiful, absolutely amazing views, the food at the hotel is fantastic. We had monkeys and tucans within 20' of the balcony. if this is available you should book it

Utterly breathtaking in every way! We can honestly say there is nothing remotely negative about this wonderful place! Marta and Douglas and Seoul (apologies for spelling) were so kind and welcomed us into what felt like their home. The apartment was immaculate, cool and so rich with wildlife we hardly needed to leave. The pool was welcome after a busy day and there were plenty of places to eat within 6-10 minutes walk. Mccaws, Toucans, Monkeys and a well-over 2m long iguana we named Rammstein were regular visitors on or in a tree next to our balcony. Magical! Breakfast was lovely and well priced with avocados freshly picked from their own trees. We didn't want to leave! Yes the hill is steep to get back - but the amazing Sandy and her pup Jack are always on hand to take you wherever you want to go for a great price! Rainmaker park is a must, with a trip to a Tilapia farm on the way back (weekends) to catch and feast on fresh fish. Thank you so much for the best time ever. Pura Vida!

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

Hi, I didn't meet Eddie in person but you can tell he's a very nice, attentive person, always answering messages, clarifying any questions, and he let me leave a little later. He lent me his Netflix account, which I am very grateful for because it helped me a lot. As for the place, it is a very nice place, beautiful, full of vegetation, lush, it is a gated condominium with other apartments all very well cared for. There were little monkeys. As for the apartment, it is small but very comfortable for one person, it is very comfortable, it has everything you need Nice. In a common area, there is a washing machine and dryer that is very helpful. The bus stop that can go to Quepos and to another sector of Manuel Antonio is a few meters away. I highly recommend the condo.

It was a wonderful place, like a little paradise in the middle of the nature, with a variety of tropical plants,shrubs, beautiful flowers 🌺 and trees . We heard the birds, monkeys, saw beautiful macaws and other birds, little monkeys came on the garden. The pool was so refreshing on the hot days. Hazel was a wonderful host, answering promptly to our questions. We loved the place, for sure we will be back. Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso, el lugar es un pequeño paraíso en el medio de la jungla, sus plantas, arbustos y flores hermosas adornan el entorno. Escuchamos el canto de los pajaritos, vimos guacamayas, los monitos pasaron por el jardín. La piscina fue refrescante en los días de calor. Hazel fué una excelente anfitriona, contestaba prontamente nuestras preguntas. Nos encantó el lugar y por seguro volveríamos a quedarnos.

We enjoyed our time in Uvita! The space was comfortable! Marlène was prompt in responding! The pool was fabulous after our adventures on hot days! The location was great! 15 minute casual walk to Marina Ballena National Park (The Whale’s Tail)! I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

This place is unbelievable. It is top of the line. The photos don’t actually do it justice. The view from the deck is unbelievable. We saw monkeys, parrots and even a sloth the day we left. You have access to a concierge which we didn’t use at all. The location is great with access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were a bit loud with motorbikes on the street, but very easy to tune out. The apartment itself was always cool with a clean, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels to use as well as the washer and dryer were very nice. This place is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Loved every bit of it.

We really liked the apartment! Very convenient location, there are restaurants nearby and places to go to know. Pool access was very close, equal to beach access. Very happy with the rooms, the kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms worked perfect. The entire apartment had air conditioning. We really enjoyed spending the night on the terrace after dinner. I would come back again no problem!
