Old OBX charm with a lovely wrap around porch, featuring a huge chefs kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, double ovens and a large island. Space is decorated with pieces from local artists throughout. Large game room on the first floor features a restored 20' shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and dart board for lots of family fun. Walk to the beach, Avalon Pier or Awful Arthurs in 3 minutes.

Our house is coastal themed with comfortable beds, and plenty of places to relax inside and out! We are blocks away from Avalon Pier, several grocery stores, the local cinema and two GREAT beach accesses! The sound is a few blocks behind us and boasts stunning sunsets!The beautiful beach is only 3 1/2 blocks away!!! We are located West of the Bypass, but there is a convenient crosswalk to use about a block and a half from us if you choose to walk to the beach. We provide many beach essentials!

A lovely beach house located on a quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from the beach. Decorated with cool beach vides w/ all brand new furniture in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The beach is across the cross walk just a 1/2 mile away with free public parking. The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.

This cute, spacious beach cottage is located in an AWESOME area of the Outer Banks on a quiet street with a quick and EASY walk to direct beach access on a non-thru street. Very convenient to coffee houses, Jockey's Ridge and the Nags Head Fishing Pier with ocean front dining! Lap swim, workout, enjoy pool and jacuzzi at the YMCA just 2 blocks away!! Nightly prices will vary based on dates selected--please check the calendar, short notice and off-season prices will be lower than peak season!

[updated floors and living room 2025 - pictures coming] Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon of shopping, dining and drinking with your friends, with out the headache of traffic and parking.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
