Quiet : Not a through road, thick terrace walls for a good sleep. Kitchen come lounge with sofa bed and projector for your phone . Your own bathroom. Kitchenette with convection microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster in large bedroom. ( If you may be offended by the sight of a motorbike in the hall please hesitate to book !!) Sleeping up to 7 guests, there's plenty of space for getaways with families or friends in our 3 bedroom home. All 3 rooms have a double bed + a single bed in the master bedroom. A generally quiet street, with friendly neighbours and a corner shop just a few doors away. Our home is located just a 10 minute drive from Swansea Bay, the Marina and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades.

The spiral stairs lead up to a small double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Located in Mount Pleasant - just above Swansea city centre.
