The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Due to the country location, mobile usage is best with Telsta but other providers do work outside.

Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, BUCKS OR HENS

Modern self contained large pool house which can host up to 4 guests, 2 in the main bedroom and 2 in the lounge area if required. Situated within owner's 2 acre property in a quiet, semi rural setting, with extensive gardens, Gum trees, bird life and peaceful surrounds. Valley view over horse stud farm, within 2km of Oakbank township. Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Beautifully appointed Studio type accommodation with over length queen size electric bed, unfortunately the massage function is currently not working due to abuse but we are working to get it rectified. However the pillow section can be raised to any desired height . All normal B&B facilities inc TV, Fridge, Air con, close to town centre and 30 mins from Adelaide CBD. Own bathroom, shared laundry... enjoy.
