We had a wonderful stay! Robbin was very responsive and even updated us with severe weather alerts! The home was very cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cool summer evenings! The home is conveniently located to easy access to the interstate as well as several restaurants! We certainly enjoyed our time in this quaint home away from home.

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun escape — from the cozy cedar hot tub and stargazing net to the game garage, Blackstone grill, and fire pit, every detail was thoughtfully set up for a great time. Atomic was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. Don’t wait on it… book this home! It will exceed every expectation you have. My family and I have stayed in many Airbnbs all over the world and this was by far our favorite spot. Hannah is the most thoughtful, warm, welcoming host. Her communication was incredible, along with her ability to make your stay the most memorable one possible. She thought of every detail to include in the house to create an inviting, cozy feeling. Perched up on the mountain at the end of the street and surrounded by trees in every direction, you won’t want to leave this paradise. The large decks are so comfortable to hang out with family and friends. The beds are super comfortable, and the playroom was a huge hit with my kids. The home is spotless and clean, while the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and didn’t even know you wanted (like jars of hot chocolate, marshmallows, flavors for your coffee, baking ingredients and so more). We loved it so much we are already planning our next stay here!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay the hosts were kind, responsive, & clearly put a lot of care into the space. It’s peaceful, well-stocked, & especially good for couples or families with young kids. There’s a large, deep, undivided sink great for bathing little ones, thoughtful child-safe details, & two nice outdoor seating areas. High end appliances.!However, some notes: The listing says “driveway parking for one vehicle” in one spot & “two” in another, but it’s actually gravel parking between the Airbnb & an outbuilding. There’s not enough room for a wheelchair accessible van, & the gravel is difficult using walkers. Inside, many fixtures (shower head, mirror, hooks) are mounted very high, & the shower threshold is taller and wider than expected. The addition of grab bars would help solve this problem. We had to rewash linens, clean the washer, and remove & wash a mildewed shower curtain. Still, the space is lovely & we’re giving 5 stars because the hosts are new & clearly trying hard.

We enjoyed our stay! The patio was so nice to relax on and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Quick drive to Colorado Springs and manitou with a pretty view of pikes peak! Woodland parks really is in the clouds- we loved it!
