Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
