Holiday rentals with a patio in Manhattan

L’alloggio di Sebastian è la soluzione perfetta sé non si vuole spendere troppo per visitare Manhattan. Attenzione però, un biglietto per una sola corsa Union city-newyork costa 4$. Noi siamo stati solo quattro giorni quindi pagavamo 16$ al giorno in due, per andare e tornare in giornata, se si sta più giorni è una spesa da mettere in conto. L appartamento era perfetto per noi che eravamo due coppie, era super comodo: due stanze e due bagni. Di fronte c’è un fornitissimo market e tanti localini dove cenare a poco prezzo con cucina Domenica. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse vie che affacciano su su Manhattan e la vista è super. Il pullman impiega circa 20minuti per arrivare a Time Sqare . Dopo una giornata immersi nel traffico di newyork fa anche piacere rientrare in un quartiere tranquillo. Host super reattivo e per nulla invadente abbiamo fatto cekin e cekout in autonomia. Elettrodomestici big e super performanti! C’è tutto phon e ferro da stiro inclusi. Ottima la macchinetta per caffè

Loyda was extremely responsive and helpful! Beds were very comfortable and pictures were representative of the place. It is about a mile from the train station so just be prepared to walk or take the bus if you want to transit into nyc!

Great location! I loved the Lower East Side. Great connections. If you are sensitive to noise maybe not ideal. Many Bars, Restaurant and nice shops close by. As well as Subway station. Basically everything you need in NYC around the corner. Robert was very responsive and flexible. I'd stay there again. Thank you Robert!

Smidigt och enkelt att ta bussen in till Manhattan för sightseeing. Trevligt och väldigt lugnt område. Nelly och hennes syster har varit toppenbra!

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

La casa es aún más linda que en las fotos. El barrio es tranquilo y familiar. Es una excelente opción para descansar luego de un día ajetreado en Manhattan. Hay lugares cercanos para comprar alimentos y bebidas a buen precio. Cercano a Hoboken donde se puede cenar o tomar algo con la mejor vista del skyline. Emily y Marcos estuvieron siempre dispuestos a brindarnos su ayuda y nos resolvieron nuestras inquietudes con mucha celeridad. Si hubiera un premio a los mejores anfitriones, sin dudas ellos lo ganarían! Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. Volveremos!

The brick wall house was a great stay with beautiful interiors. It felt like home with all the amenities available, also very clean. Andres was very responsive on replying to messages and also provided blender on my request. Great host. Had a small confusion on the doors and it's keys, Andres helped in sorting it out immediately. The only draw back in this stay happened to be the neighborhood it was not suitable for walking around at night. Just couple of streets past this ocean avenue was very pleasant and good neighborhood but not this one. Use only cabs and delivery apps at night.

I'm really glad I chose this spot for my 2 day trip to NYC. The house was on a street tucked away from the other, more busy streets, which was nice. My partner and I drove my car and were able to park it on the road or temporarily in the lot nearby until someone left for work (the host was also nice enough to text us to ask if we wanted to take her spot). We chose to take the Port Imperial ferry straight to NYC every day - the ferry was a 15 min Uber or 30 min walk away andwas 10 bucks a person and worked well to get to the heart of the city (8 min ferry ride). The house itself was comfy, clean, and had cute touches.

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

A dream. My wife and I were amazed at how private and quiet the street was. I don’t think we could have a more perfect location. Super walkable to so many awesome places. The place it self was clean and well kept. We would love to come back!

Our stay was fantastic and we can't wait to return! The beautiful view was a highlight, and our host's recommendation for a delicious restaurant was spot on. After a long drive, it was exactly what we needed. We highly recommend it - 10/10 and great value!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Serdecznie polecam apartament Alexa! Jeśli chcecie odpocząć w spokojnej okolicy po całodziennym zwiedzaniu New York, apartament Alexa jest idealnym rozwiązaniem. Jest oddalony 20 min od lokalnej kolejki PATH, którą można dostać się do centrum Manhattanu. Warto poświęcić ten czas na spacer podziwiając urokliwe Hoboken. Centrum miasta wieczorami bywa hałaśliwe dla tego usytuowanie apartamentu na uboczu jest doskonałe.

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

We were so lucky to have such a perfect apartment while visiting New York. My elderly parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access and just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, transport. Will definitely be back.

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
