Beautiful house at perfect location. We used to go to Exchange place and take ferry to NYC for which this place was perfect.

My family of eight were in Brooklyn for a wedding and Menachin’s place was perfect! Immaculately clean, everything was exactly as stated in the Airbnb listing. Only a few short blocks to the subway. Both Menachin and his assistant Lia were extremely responsive when we contacted them with a few questions. Highly recommend.! Kathleen

Had to change from a horrible Airbnb at the last minute and Mia & Marc responded quickly and really helped us out of a bad situation. They expedited their cleaning team to allow us to get in the space quicker. Their property is beautiful. They really made my day and I will definitely seek out this Airbnb first every time I come to the area. Thank you!

Our girls trip was wonderful! The apartment was very spacious for 7 of us. Very detailed & prompt response from the host. Added bonus...it was next door to the best little walk-up coffee & donut shop. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

Courtney was amazing! He gave us the space to make the trip our own and was always there to help. The place was beautiful and large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 6. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for making my birthday a memorable one!

One of my favorite rentals ever! It was perfect for our group of 12 and we absolutely loved our time. Having parking was amazing and not a bad drive into the city! Great host and home is located in a private, quiet, and walkable area.

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. My family and I had such a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable time at this house. The view was spectacular, overseeing the Hudson. Also, super walkable to restaurants and downtown. The house was clean and somehow much bigger than we anticipated. We loved our stay there.

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

We overall had a great time. When we arrived we were exhausted and a bit flustered about check in. Danny was very patient and explained everything. After I rested I see in the check in message that the entire process was explained with pic if I had taken the time to look. One other thing that I want to mention is the fact that the other unit that is rented has the most amazing person in it. They were so friendly and helpful. He told us about local restaurants that were GREAT! He also let us know that if anything at all we needed help with he was there!! It made my whole family more comfortable in a new place!

10 out of 10! House was as described and more! We were a family of nine with kids and grandparents visiting the area for the holidays and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We found this place on Airbnb and it was wonderful from start to finish. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it included all amenities as described including lots of activities for kids (e.g., hot tub, ping pong, karaoke, playstation, etc.). The house was very clean, and included extra towels and bedding as needed. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was wonderful! The only thing the house was missing and I'm embarrassed to even mention it was butter knives! The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and even when we locked ourselves out (from trying the lock too many times), she was very responsive and helpful in getting us back in quickly. The neighborhood is great, very quiet and the parking was plentiful and easy. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

The hosts were amazing. We booked at the very last minute. They accommodated with the time and they were very understanding. The place was clean and spacious.
